An intimate maritime story, inspired by Perrault’s fairy tale

Le petit Capuchon rouge tells the story of Clotilde, a young girl whose grandmother gives her a very special gift: a goldfish she names Capuchon. Swimming around in his fishbowl, Capuchon dreams of the sea… One day, fortune smiles upon him and—Ploof!—he dives into the ocean where he discovers undersea treasures. He also meets several other fish: cods, capelans, and sturgeons. Then suddenly, a very strange fish shows up… a sea bass…

A story inspired by the book of the same name published by Éditions du Raton laveur in 1992 and reissued by Bayard.
