REGULAR SCHEDULE

Ticket Counter Service Schedule

Monday to Saturday: from noon until 30 minutes after the last show of the day begins.
Sundays: the schedule varies according to the performance times of indoor shows.

Telephone Service Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10 am to 6 pm, or until the last show of the day begins.
Saturday: noon to 6 pm, or until the last show of the day begins.
Sundays, matinées, and holidays: the schedule varies according to the performance times of indoor shows.

The box office is open 1h before the concert begins, and up to 30 minutes after the begining of the concert.
