Place des Arts’ box office is modernizing and moving to mobile ticket delivery to make your experience safer, while also providing quicker access to the performance hall. Here are a few steps that will help you manage your tickets in your Place des Arts customer account. On the day of your show, make sure to have your mobile ticket ready when you enter the performance hall.
Don’t have a smartphone? Go to the Place des Arts box office to request a printed ticket.
Collect your mobile tickets
Your phone is your ticket. Get your show and parking tickets from your customer account and present them on your mobile device:
Click on the “View Event Details” button of your show or parking.
Select the ticket.
You will see a rotating code. Present it at the entrance to the hall or the parking lot, or add it to your Wallet.
APPLE users: Scan your device on the reader.
ANDROID users: Click on “Show Code”, then scan it on the reader.
Please note that your tickets cannot collet your tickets on an electronic tablet, for example an iPad, or on a computer.
This option prevents the “Wallet” button from displaying on your phone. To fix this:
iPhone: Turn your device sideways (landscape mode); you should now see the “Add to Wallet” button.
Android: Change your device’s display or font to the default size.
Settings > Display Size and/or Font Size.
Note: The location of this setting may differ from one phone model to another.

Transfer tickets to someone else
The “Transfer” option is only used to send a ticket to someone else. It is the safest way to send or receive a ticket for a show taking place at Place des Arts.
The person receiving your ticket will also need to have—or create—a Place des Arts account with which to accept the ticket.
Click on the “View Event Details” button of your show or parking.
Select “... Plus”.
Choose the “Transfer” option.
Authenticate your account.
Select the ticket or tickets you wish to transfer, then click “Next”.
Add the recipient’s information or select a contact already registered, then click “Transfer”.
You will receive a confirmation message when the recipient has accepted your transfer.
Accepting transferred tickets
You will receive an email from Place des Arts saying that one or more tickets have been sent to you.
Don’t see an email? Be sure to check your junk mail folder.
Click the “Accept tickets” button
Log in to your Place des Arts account, or create a new account if you don’t already have one
The ticket or tickets are now in your Place des Arts customer account.
