Micro ouvert autochtone
In a spirit of sharing, Place des Arts and a First Nations guest curator are inviting the public to learn more about various Indigenous cultures in Quebec.
Over the course of a weekend, the Espace culturel Georges-Émile-Lapalme will play host to the Micro ouvert autochtone (Indigenous open mic) event. Some of the activities are intended for families, while others are for a broader audience of teens and adults.
For this first edition of the Micro ouvert autochtone event in the fall of 2021, Place des Arts has invited Dave Jenniss, Artistic Director of Ondinnok Productions, to serve as the event curator.
