Place des Arts presents 5 à 7 musicaux: free, close-up encounters with great musicians of tomorrow!
Montreal, October 17, 2024 – From October 24 to April 5, the series 5 à 7 musicaux will be back in Salon urbain at Place des Arts with new talent waiting to be discovered!
Check the program schedules on the Place des Arts website and start your evening on the right note in the company of music students from three Montreal universities along with an official Mundial Montréal special showcase edition. In an after-work formula and in the intimacy of Salon urbain, high-caliber musicians will be presenting free performances: an opportunity to enjoy the virtuosity and talent of the emerging musical generation. Paid bar service, with drinks and snacks, will be available on site and add to the conviviality of the moment.
“Every day, Place des Arts welcomes some of the world's greatest artists, both from here and abroad. However, we also have a commitment to support creation and emerging artists. As a university city, Montreal abounds in promising young talent, and we believe it's essential to provide them a place where they can flourish, while enabling the public to discover the next generation of artists. Place des Arts is proud to continue this musical collaboration with Montreal's leading universities, as well as with Mundial Montréal."
– Marie-Josée Desrochers, President and CEO of Place des Arts
