Yes. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found in several locations around the Place des Arts complex. We invite you to wash your hands when you enter the Place des Arts complex.
Please note that cardboard or paper tickets already in circulation are still valid. They will be honoured as usual on show nights (some exceptions may apply).
Yes (except as otherwise request by producers). Before show time and at intermission, the bars are open to ticket holders in the venue foyers and offer a choice of drinks and snacks. These spaces are accessible 45 minutes before show time. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Once in the hall, pre-order your drink at the bar, before the show begins, and pick it up at the intermission and avoid the queue.
Yes. However, if you leave the theatre during the performance, as with latecomers, you will be redirected to the nearest available seat at an appropriate time.
Yes, according to the following schedules:
● Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, Théâtre Maisonneuve, Maison symphonique and Théâtre Jean-Duceppe: October 1 to April 30.
● Maison symphonique: October 31 to May 31.
● Cinquième Salle: upon the producer’s request
● Salle Claude-Léveillée: self-serve cloakroom.
