Discover the Aria finalists of the Concours musical international de Montréal 2018 Voice edition, interpreting some of the most beautiful works of this repertoire in the Grand finale. Don’t miss the announcement of the winners of Aria and Art song categories following the last performance on June 7. Finalists are accompanied by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal.
The CMIM seeks to discover and support exceptional young singers, violinists and pianists from around the world while raising awareness for classical music. The CMIM is the only international competition in North America to be held annually, presenting three disciplines in a three-year rotation. Since its first edition dedicated to voice in 2002, 3,000 hopefuls have entered the competition and some 450 have performed in Montreal.
