The 1997 blockbuster Titanic, written and directed by James Cameron, became one of the most prolific movies of all time, grossing over $2 billion at the box office worldwide and winning 11 Academy® Awards including Best Picture and Best Director and more importantly, Best Original Song and Dramatic Score.

It is now Montreal’s turn to welcome the premiere performance of TITANIC LIVE. Behold James Horner’s epic score as conductor John Jesensky leads the musicians of the Orchestre FILMharmonique, the exceptional choir “Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal” and Celtic musicians. The music extravaganza will feature 130 musicians.

The mere names of the 2 film stars in TITANIC LIVE continue to create a spontaneous craze. Leonardo di Caprio brilliantly embodies… with charm “Jack” a penniless artist, while “Rose”, the well-bred young girl is interpreted by Kate Winslet with all the sensitivity and emotion the role calls for. Hear Celine Dion’s most iconic rendition of “My heart will go on” that is still a mega success by today’s universal standards.
