The pantheon of jazz fusion bassists numbers a few untouchable names: the late lamented Jaco Pastorius, our own Alain Caron and the greatet Stanley Clarke. Co-founder of Return to Forever with Chick Corea, famed collaborator with history’s greatest players and recipient of the Miles Davis Award in 2011, Clarke brings his latest album to the Festival. Opening act: The Jeremy Pelt Quartet.
