Formidable! Aznavour - The History of a legend

Théâtre Maisonneuve May 8, 2022

Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the Formidable! Aznavour - The History of a legend show — scheduled on November 7, 2021 (initially planned for November 22, 2020) — has been postponed until May 8, 2022. Ticket holders are asked keep their ticket(s), which will be honoured at the venue entrance.

After the worldwide success of Piaf, The show!, producer and director Gil Marsalla from Directo Productions returns to Montreal at Théâtre Maisonneuve with Formidable ! Aznavour - The story of a legend. This show immerses us in the streets of Paris at the time of "La Bohème" and introduces us to Charles Aznavour's incredible career, through his unforgettable songs, now part of the universal musical heritage. Surrounded by five French musicians, Jules Grison embodies, lives and vibrates to the rhythm of the music, transported by the words, a show in the purest tradition of the great French song. The most beautiful tribute ever made to Charles Aznavour's career - with his approval!
