From poetry to slam

ABOUT QUEEN KA

Queen KA, otherwise known as Elkahna Talbi, is passionate about words and performance. In 2006, the artist gave her first performance poetry show. The following year, she discovered slam nights in Montréal. She quickly became a regular, and two years in a row she ranked as a finalist on the Montréal team. Since 2008, her shows Délirium, Ceci n’est pas du slam and Chrysalides have been noted for their artistic quality and have won a number of awards.
