Havre-aux-glaces focuses on seeking out new ingredients to use in developing their treats, which feature creative, authentic flavours that change with the seasons. The company even has its own maple grove!

The ice cream shop’s storefront is located on rue Sainte-Catherine, between the main entrance of Place des Arts and rue Saint-Urbain, just near the Banque Nationale.

Menu

Ice creams (examples): maple pecan, espresso, milk chocolate, 72% dark chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, hazelnut, dulce de leche, maple burnt caramel, ginger, matcha, apricot milk, mirabelle.

Sorbets (examples): melon and orange blossom, coconut milk, pink grapefruit, lemon, blueberry, mango, raspberry, malai mango, pear, nectarine.

Other frozen desserts (Yule logs, Easter eggs, frozen hearts for Valentine’s Day) are sold at specific times of year and by special order.
