Are you planning to attend a show? Put your mind at ease by using our indoor parking lot accessed via Saint-Urbain Street and directly linked to Place des Arts. The parking lot is popular on show nights, but you can guarantee yourself a spot by purchasing your ticket online in advance!
Our parking lot is also ideally located for other events you may be attending in the Quartier des spectacles, such as in neighbouring venues like MTelus, TNM, Club Soda, or Studio TD. We are also situated close to a wide range of downtown restaurants and stores, the Desjardins and Guy-Favreau complexes, and UQAM’s Pierre-Dansereau science complex.

An automatic payment terminal is also available—located to the right of the Place des Arts box office on the performance hall level—, allowing you to pay for parking before returning to your vehicle.

Adapted Services
People with reduced mobility who have the appropriate sticker have access to reserved parking spots (sections P1 et P2) and can purchase a guaranteed spot by calling 514 842-2112 (or toll free 1 866 842-2112).
Electric Cars
We have eight parking spaces (section P1) with 240-volt charging stations, reserved for customers with electric cars. Car charging is available for a fee of $1.00 per hour in addition to the applicable regular parking rate.
Parking Restrictions
Maximum vehicle height permitted in the underground parking lot:
P1-P2: 2 metres
P3: 1.90 metres
Studded tires are prohibited in the parking.
Already have your parking ticket?
Here are a few tips to make your entrance and exit easier.
Arrive early!| Several shows at Place des Arts may be starting at the same time—this can cause some traffic. To avoid being late, arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before your performance starts.
Have your ticket in hand | You will be required to show it upon your arrival at the parking lot. If you have an electronic ticket, make sure your phone’s brightness is set to the maximum level.
Choose to use an e-ticket on your mobile device | In addition to being a greener option, it’s the easiest way to enter the parking lot.
Practical info:
- Tablets are not accepted at the parking lot terminal.
- Studded tires are forbidden.
- The maximum allowable vehicle height is 2 metres in P1 and P2, and 1.9 metres in P3.
- Charging points for electric vehicles are located in the P1 section.
- The elevator goes to P1 only.
- P1 is not linked to P2 and P3 from within. Make sure to use the door for the P section in which you parked your vehicle.
