Maison symphonique offers producers and companies a number of adjacent spaces, such as foyers and a VIP lounge (the Salon d'honneur), which can be rented alone or along with the performance hall.

Located at the first balcony level with an adjoining kitchen.
Mezzanine foyer:
Capacity of 160 people standing
Located at the mezzanine level.
Balcony foyer:
Capacity of 330 people standing
Located at the balcony level.
Additional services
Many services are available for an additional fee in each of the adjacent rental spaces: greeters, security and bar staff; table, chair and red carpet rental; catering service; cleaning and setup services, and more.
