Mylaine Albert appointed Director of Communications and Marketing at Société de la Place des Arts de Montréal
Montreal, March 25, 2021 – La Société de la Place des Arts de Montréal welcomes Mylaine Albert to the position of Director of Communications and Marketing.
With more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience, Mylaine Albert has worked for prestigious agencies such as Blitz (Cossette) and more recently Cartier, as well as for major companies such as Telus and Videotron, where she acted as Executive Director of the brand. Over the course of her career, she has developed her expertise in conventional and digital communication, customer relationship management (CRM), promotion, brand management and public relations. At Videotron she led the launch campaign for its HELIX service.
Known for her flair and refined sense of customer relations, Mylaine Albert develops creative solutions, implements efficient processes and promotes optimal work organization. With inspiring leadership, she strives for success while mobilizing her team’s strengths and encouraging individuals’ development.
When she takes office on April 12, she will manage all communications and marketing activities in order to position and promote the Place des Arts brand and to strengthen its cultural leadership. She will be responsible for marketing and relationship marketing strategies with clients as well as for content development on all platforms, bolstering the vitality of the shows presented at Place des Arts, and increasing the participation and awareness of the activities of L’Art en soi (Place des Arts’ Education and Community program).
Mylaine Albert holds a BA in Public Communication, with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, from Université Laval.
