Festival Quartiers Danse (FQD) proudly presents the indoor program for its 22nd edition, from September 5 to 14, 2024, mainly in the Quartier des spectacles. Featuring 30 choreographers and companies from 7 countries, this year's edition explores such diverse themes as aging, the deconstruction of masculinity, mythology and the digital age.
The mission of Festival is to democratize contemporary dance in all its forms and hybridities, making it more accessible to all audiences in both traditional and unusual venues. FQD offers performances by artists who are mainly local, but also national and international. It adopts a multidisciplinary approach to creative dance, presenting shows, performances, installations, films, exhibitions, meetings, round tables and cultural mediation workshops.
