After making his mark at the Maison symphonique in 2018, one of today’s most exciting artists, conductor François-Xavier Roth is back with the OSM to display his innovative approach to the orchestral canon. He conducts Strauss’ epic Ein Heldenleben and is joined by 20th-century music specialist Pierre-Laurent Aimard for Bartók’s Piano Concerto no. 1.
