Sylvie Paquette takes audiences on a journey through three decades of songs, following the release of Jusqu’ici, her eighth and most recent album. Joined by the talented André Papanicolaou, the singer-songwriter is revisiting works from her repertoire and showcasing new musical backdrops to her poetic lyrics. Sylvie will welcome special guest Ingrid St-Pierre.
Active on the Francophone musical landscape for the past 30 years, she was awarded the Sylvain-Lelièvre Prize last year, a well-deserved distinction recognizing her entire body of work and her contribution to French-language song.
Salle Claude-Léveillée is a wonderful setting in which to explore Sylvie Paquette’s tasteful musical sensibilities. It’s a date… with an artist whose refined humour and stunning simplicity are sure to charm you.
This show is presented as part of the series Les Soirées à la Salle Claude-Léveillée. This warm venue with only 120 seats leaves room for unique moments of proximity with the artists.
