For this theatrical documentary, Justin Laramée spoke to experts, including milk producers and processors, in addition to offering a synopsis of 8000 years of milk history! Between the exhilarating humour and rigorous investigation, the author also explores the industrialization of farms, the responsibilities of consumers, and animal and environmental welfare. A complex, fascinating world, offered up in an accessible and deeply human text.

Run de lait (Milk Run) was created at the Trident, in Québec City, in March 2022. Its author, Justin Laramée, has participated in some forty theatrical works as dramaturge, actor, and director, three hats he wears for this play – created alongside Olivier Normand. On stage, the author is accompanied by his collaborator and musician Benoît Côté.
