Do Phan Hoi has documented the fascinating evolution of the JOAT Festival (Jack Of All Trades) through his film JOAT.EXE.

This short documentary, screening on the Théâtre Maisonneuve stage, traces the festival’s journey from its humble beginnings ten years ago in the vibrant neighbourhoods of Montreal to its triumphant arrival at the prestigious Place des Arts in 2022.

With an original soundtrack by the talented Shash’U and Magnanimous, JOAT.EXE immerses viewers in the dynamic world of street dance, celebrating the artists and moments that have shaped the festival’s history.
