Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Place des Arts has suspended all shows and other public activities until further notice. However, beyond this suspension of activities, certain productions have been obliged to postpone or cancel their shows. As a result, the conversation with Irvine Welsh on April 24 has been cancelled. Ticket holders will be contacted by email about the procedures to be implemented.

This discussion will feature an interview with renowned Scottish author and playwright Irvine Welsh. He has written a dozen novels, several collections of short stories, as well as works for the stage. Five of his novels have been adapted for the screen, the most well-known being the critical and commercial success Trainspotting (1996), directed by Danny Boyle.
