A few days before the major celebrations, Les Petits Chanteurs de Laval and Les Voix Boréales invite you to a Christmas concert under the sign of hope and comfort.
Taking advantage of the magnificent sound of the Maison symphonique, the choristers will present Hodie! by Z. Randall Stroope. This piece, one of the great composer's most performed, is a 15-minute choral work accompanied by brass and percussion. This hymn, linked to the birth of the divine child, reminds us that This day, let us rejoice and be in jubilation!
To add to the magic of the holiday season, the 250 choristers will unite their voices to present to you, among others, works by Bach, Frank and Orff, traditional Christmas carols and even the great classic Hallelujah by G. F. Handel.
