For more than 75 years, the relentless loss of Palestinian lives has been portrayed as an abstraction — mere background noise to be ignored or dismissed as just another news item.
The leaders of the free world extol the right to liberty and self-determination, so why do they retreat into shameful silence as these same principles are ceaselessly trampled in Palestine?
