The Andrés Parodi Flamenco Sexteto features a flamenco guitarist, Argentine bandoneon player, percussionist, flautist, saxophonist, double bassist, singer, palmas, and dancer Francisca Vera. These artists present an authentic Gitano evening inspired by Andalusian music, bringing together different styles of flamenco, bulerías, tangos, tarantas, and sevillanas. Andrés Parodi will also perform his own compositions, including "Etrusco" and "Puerta del Sol," both dedicated to the great composer of modern tango, Astor Piazzolla.
Special guest: Sevillian dancer Federico Nuñez. A powerful dancer who dominates flamenco dancing. Protagonist of Picasso and the Dance, posthumous work by Carlos Saura, as well as the Lorca and Granada Festival. He seduces us with his virile presence, his aesthetic movements, his elegance and the powerful energy of his dance.
A journey to the heart of Gitano Andalusia. An unforgettable flamenco evening for flamenco lovers.
