Celebrated for his dazzling performances of André Mathieu's works in New York, Paris, London, Berlin, and Shanghai, the brilliant piano virtuoso, Alain Lefèvre, will return to the Maison Symphonique and bring to life Mathieu's Piano Concerto no 3 "de Québec" – nostalgic and deeply moving melodies of a great Quebec artist.
The concert is completed with Dvorak’s 9th Symphony From the New World. In this work, Dvořák was inspired by American landscapes and sounds while remaining true to the traditions of the music of his native Czech Republic.
