The Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, a prince among Europe’s orchestras, is a veritable institution that has garnered multiple awards for one of the most extensive discographies of our time. For this exclusive North American engagement, the famous German phalanx offers us a kaleidoscopic and panoramic survey of Beethoven’s universe through his symphonies, including the eternal Fifth, as well as through the music of some of the Bonn master’s contemporaries and precursors. Three fascinating concerts of discovery that will shed new light on one of the greatest musical geniuses of all time.

The Concert-meal package includes a dinner under the La Distinction marquee tent located near the main entrance of the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay. Three table d'hôte choices will be offered on evenings of events. The menu will be posted on the La Distinction, l’art de la table website a few days before the date of your show. Montreal-Joliette Shuttle

The Festival offers a shuttle service between Montreal and Joliette:

- Departs from Centre Info-Touriste, on Peel Street in front of the Windsor (Peel metro station)
- Stops on Trianon Street, south of Sherbrooke Street (Radisson metro station)
- Departure time depends of the start time of your concert (noon, 2 pm or 5 pm)
