In April 2005, Alain Caron was invited by the prestigious WDR big band from Cologne, Germany, for a series of concerts and recordings under the direction of Michael Abene from New York. The Orchestre national de jazz de Montréal revisits this repertoire with him and his old colleagues, drummer Paul Brochu and guitarist Pierre Côté.
