A musical journey on every occasion
Artists from all over the planet are frequent visitors to the stages of Place des Arts, showering us with distinctive sounds from different cultures. Unique opportunities abound to experience authentic, colourful performances year-round, via regular programming as well as returning events like the Arab World Festival of Montréal, the Festival TransAmériques and Printemps Nordique. World and Folk music take audiences on a voyage of discovery with every listen, as seen in the gamut of styles featured at PdA, ranging from Gospel music to African rhythms, Scandinavian sounds, Japanese percussion, the passion of Flamenco and much more. Place des Arts is a meeting place for every genre under the sun!
