TICKET EXCHANGE
Subscribers can exchange their current tickets for other seats in the same price category or choose seats in a higher price category by paying the difference.
- Log in to your Place des Arts account.
- Select the show you wish to exchange by clicking on the “View Event Details” button.
- Choose the “Exchange” option.
- Select the tickets you wish to exchange, then click on “Next”.
- Choose a performance date, then new seats.
- Select “Continue” from the Cart.
- Confirm the details of the exchange, then click on “Submit”.
- Pay the difference, if necessary.
- Click on “Place Order” to complete the transaction.
