Indoor Parking
When you attend a show, you’ll save time and money by using our underground parking lot. It’s directly connected to Place des Arts, accessible by Saint-Urbain and available at a preferred rate on show nights if you buy your spot in advance. As well, learn about our daily and monthly rates—perfect if you work in the Quartier des spectacles!
PARKING RATES DURING SHOWS
Save money and avoid facing a full parking lot by purchasing your spot ahead of time for your show night.
PRE-PAID SHOW RATE: $12*
Buy your parking spot in advance and save $5 off the day rate or $3 off the regular show night rate! You’re guaranteed a reserved spot. This rate is offered in limited numbers and must be purchased at least five hours before the show begins. The rate is only available online and by telephone.
REGULAR SHOW RATE: $15*
Decided at the last minute that you’ll be driving to the show? Enjoy a $2 discount on the day rate when you buy our regular show rate. This rate is available at the parking attendant’s box in the Place des Arts parking lot.
*The show rate is valid Monday to Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday all day, and two hours before matinee performances (before 3 p.m.). You’re advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins to avoid being late for your show. The parking lot is open from 6:45 a.m. to midnight. After midnight, you will need to ask at the security desk or use the interphone to access your vehicle.
DAY PARKING AND MONTHLY PARKING
RATE BY THE MINUTE: $3 per 20 minutes (outside show hours)
ADAPTED SERVICES, ELECTRIC CARS, CAR WASH
PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
People with reduced mobility who have the appropriate sticker have access to reserved parking spots (sections P1 et P2) and can purchase a guaranteed spot by calling 514 842-2112 (or toll free 1-866-842-2112).
HAND CAR WASH
Let us take care of your car by hand with our inside-and-out cleaning service at a rate of $20.** This service is available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight (section P3). To find out more, ask at the parking attendant’s box.

ELECTRIC CARS
We have eight parking spaces (section P1) with 240-volt charging stations, reserved for customers with electric cars. Car charging is available for a fee of $2.50 in addition to the applicable regular parking rate.
