Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Place des Arts has suspended all shows and other public activities until further notice. As a result, the Visitors, music by Philip Glass concert has been cancelled. Ticket holders will be reimbursed directly.
Godfrey Reggio’s documentary film Visitors beckons the viewer to think philosophically about humanity. The film’s powerful, chiselled and sometimes evanescent images are in perfect symbiosis with its original soundtrack by Philip Glass. Visitors also provides audiences with an authentic aesthetic experience. The OSM will be conducted by Michael Riesman, one of Glass’ closest collaborators.
