Marie Bégin, a recitalist violonist from Quebec, has been named has been ranked by the CBC as one of 2018’s 30 best young promising musicians in Canada. She has performed recitals in Canada, United States, Europe, United Kingdom and China. At 26, she was granted Concertmaster of the Saguenay Quartet (Alcan) and Concertmaster of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean’s Symphonic Orchestra.

Samuel Blanchette-Gagnon, Quebec pianist, has been awarded several major prizes, including the prestigious 2019’s Prix d’Europe and the Canadian Music Center award. He also twice the recipient of Governor General of Canada’s Academic Medal.

Their program consists of works from Northern countries’ composers.
