Finale - Concours musical international de Montréal

Maison symphonique June 1 and 2, 2021

Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the finals of the Concours musical international de Montréal scheduled on June 1 and 2, 2021 (initially planned for May 12 and 13, 2020) have been cancelled. Ticket holders will be reimbursed directly. However, we are pleased to announce that the CMIM 19th edition will be entirely online and free from April 26 to May 14, 2021.

The Concours musical international de Montréal is held every year and presents three disciplines; piano, voice, and violin, in a three-year rotation. This year will be a tribute to piano! During these 10 days of concert, 24 of the brightest talents from around the world will vie for $150,000 in prizes and grants.

For this last round of the CMIM, the 6 finalists will be in competition for the last time to determine the winner of this 2020 edition. They will be accompanied by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal under the baton of Maestro Xian Zhang.
