New shows go on sale and are presented in our performance halls every week, in compliance with public health requirements. As of September 1st, 2021, all spectators aged 13 or over will be required to show a vaccine passport, along with a photo ID (photo optional for people aged 13 to 15, and 75 or over), to be admitted to shows presented at Place des Arts. See the latest updates

In accordance with government directives, Place des Arts has suspended its activities until further. These measures have been put into effect due to circumstances relating to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Consequently, the Brahms' Enticing Second Symphony concert scheduled on March 14 and 15 has been cancelledTicket holders will be reimbursed directly.

An epic spirit directly from Russia wiil sweep through the Maison symphonique when Shostakovich’s Violin Concerto no. 1 is heard. The OSM will then transport you to Austria, where Brahms composed his picturesque Symphony no. 2. Spurred by the success of his First Symphony, Brahms began work on his Second, also garnering undeniable success. Greek violinist Leonidas Kavakos, whose international reputation is well-established, performs the Concerto in this programme entirely under the baton of reputed conductor Susanna Mälkki.
