L’Art en soi Festival

The L’Art en soi Festival features evenings of dancing that introduce you to various dance styles, alongside professional dancers and musicians. Also on the menu: workshops to boost your energy during lunch hour, and activities for the whole family on weekends. You don’t even need to know how to sing and dance, all that’s required is a little curiosity and a desire to try something different!

L'Art en soi Festival activities are open and accessible to all and are held on the Place des Arts Esplanade.

Soirées dansantes

Explore and try out various styles of dance, like flamenco, waltz, cumbia, swing, and more. After taking a workshop led by professional dancers, hop onto the outdoor dancefloor and sway to the sounds of musicians and DJs who have but one goal: to get you moving!

Midis dansés

At lunchtime, fill up on energy with an outdoor dance or voice workshop!

Fêtes Famille

Join your children for some fun on the Place des Arts Esplanade with music, dance, or circus workshops designed especially for families and led by professional artists. The program also includes crafting activities and free play time hosted by funny characters Dahlia and Phinéas, as well as an opportunity for your family to take part in group performances!
